Responsibilities:
Provide top-notch customer support through various channels (phone, email, chat) based on project requirements.
Handle customer inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and provide accurate solutions in a timely manner.
Adapt communication style to meet the needs of different customers and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Collaborate effectively with a remote team and interact with clients from diverse cultural backgrounds.
Requirements:
Communication skills: excellent verbal and written communication.
Languages: English - upper intermediate; additional languages are a significant advantage.
Tech-savvy: comfortable with technology, quick to learn new systems, and skilled in searching for information.
Customer orientation: strong customer service skills with the ability to respond to and manage various customer needs and preferences.
Multitasking: capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously, prioritizing effectively, and working independently.
Flexibility: willingness to work rotating shifts if required by the project. Adaptability to different time zones and remote work dynamics.
Experience:
Prior experience in customer-facing roles is a plus but not required.
Preferred Qualifications:
Familiarity with customer support systems (Intercom, Zendesk, etc.) and CRMs is a plus but not mandatory.
Previous experience in a remote or international work environment is beneficial.
